South Lebanon home prices fall in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in South Lebanon fell by $140,500 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $107,000 - a 56.8% decrease over the $247,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in South Lebanon in September 2017.
