Franklin home prices rise in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Franklin rose by $16,400 while total sales decreased by 18.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were 43 homes sold, with a median sale price of $144,900 - a 12.8% increase over the $128,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 53 homes sold in Franklin in August 2017.
