Carlisle home prices rise in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Carlisle rose by $27,050 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $147,000 - a 22.6% increase over the $119,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Carlisle in August 2017.
