South Lebanon home prices rise in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in South Lebanon rose by $59,200 while total sales decreased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $128,500 - a 85.4% increase over the $69,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in South Lebanon in July 2017.
