Waynesville home prices rise in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Waynesville rose by $21,450 while total sales increased by 6.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $178,450 - a 13.7% increase over the $157,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Waynesville in July 2017.
