Lebanon home prices rise in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Lebanon rose by $22,800 while total sales increased by 18%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 59 homes sold, with a median sale price of $202,000 - a 12.7% increase over the $179,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 50 homes sold in Lebanon in July 2017.
