Mason home prices rise in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Mason rose by $83,400 while total sales increased by 61.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 79 homes sold, with a median sale price of $278,400 - a 42.8% increase over the $195,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 49 homes sold in Mason in July 2017.
