South Lebanon home prices fall in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in South Lebanon fell by $89,950 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $95,500 - a 48.5% decrease over the $185,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in South Lebanon in February 2019.

The median sales tax in South Lebanon for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,723, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for February 2020.
