Franklin home prices fall in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Franklin fell by $8,750 while total sales decreased by 47.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $111,250 - a 7.3% decrease over the $120,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Franklin in February 2019.

The median sales tax in Franklin for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,890, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for February 2020.
