Hunter home prices rise in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Hunter rose by $3,000 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $154,000 - a 2% increase over the $151,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Hunter in February 2019.

The median sales tax in Hunter for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,996, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for February 2020.
