Lebanon home prices rise in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Lebanon rose by $48,250 while total sales increased by 19.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $214,500 - a 29% increase over the $166,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Lebanon in February 2019.

The median sales tax in Lebanon for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,293, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for February 2020.
