Five Points home prices fall in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Five Points fell by $36,050 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $234,950 - a 13.3% decrease over the $271,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Five Points in February 2019.

The median sales tax in Five Points for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $4,231, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for February 2020.
