Mason home prices rise in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Mason rose by $26,550 while total sales increased by 23.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $235,000 - a 12.7% increase over the $208,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Mason in February 2019.

The median sales tax in Mason for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,803, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for February 2020.
