Loveland Park (Warren County) home prices fall in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Loveland Park in Warren County fell by $17,600 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $170,000 - a 9.4% decrease over the $187,600 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Loveland Park in the first quarter of 2019, as well.

The median sales tax in Loveland Park for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,318, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2020.
