The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Nikki Foster, Nikki Foster for Ohio, refunded $1,000 to Barry Massey on March 9, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

Nikki Foster for Ohio refunded $5,040 total since October 1, 2019.
