City Council holds its regular meetings on the first and third Mondays of each month. (If the meeting falls on a Monday which is a holiday, the meeting is automatically cancelled). The meetings begin at 6:00 p.m.Until further notice, City Council meetings will be conducted in compliance with Ohio’s newly passed Public Meeting Law in response to COVID-19. They will be held virtually. All participants, including the Commission and Franklin Staff, members of the press, and the public, will participate via a video and audio link. All documents to be referenced in the meeting will be posted to the City of Franklin website before the meeting is called to order. The public will be heard just as it would be heard in a traditional, in person, meeting.Reception of visitors is the place for public comments about issues not on the regular agenda.Questions about the agenda or requests for presentations should be directed to the Clerk, Khristi Dunn at 937-746-9921 Ext. 1102 or kdunn@franklinohio.org
