Pleasant Plain home prices rise in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Pleasant Plain rose by $70,588 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $273,500 - a 34.8% increase over the $202,913 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Pleasant Plain in November 2019.

The median sales tax in Pleasant Plain for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,317, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for November 2020.
