Five Points home prices rise in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Five Points rose by $29,750 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $306,700 - a 10.7% increase over the $276,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Five Points in November 2019, as well.

The median sales tax in Five Points for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $4,231, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for November 2020.
