We are excited to host Santa and his helpers at Washington Park this holiday season. We have put the health and well-being of all at the forefront of all our planning efforts. In order to navigate this holiday season responsibly, we have implemented several new safety measures based on guidance from health authorities.

There are a few key things to know before your visit to see Santa, and they include:

Face coverings are required for all guests ages 2 & up. More information here on face coverings for children here.

In addition, Santa and staff will be wearing face coverings.

We ask that guests practice social distancing while in line to see Santa and follow posted signage and instructions from site staff.

We have an increased focus on disinfecting and sanitation in between groups visiting Santa, including the addition of hand sanitizer in high traffic areas.

It is our top priority to ensure the health and well-being of our guests and Santa, therefore, this year guests will not sit on Santa’s lap during their interaction, but will still have the opportunity to engage in conversation and a magical experience with Santa, while maintaining physical distance.

Staff and Santa Claus will be required to complete a temperature check, prior to starting any shift.

Face coverings required for all staff and Santa Claus.
