Pricing for the median home in Franklin increased during January 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Franklin rose by $45,500 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $176,500 - a 34.7% increase over the $131,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Franklin in January 2020.

The median sales tax in Franklin for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,890, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for January 2021.
