The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Lebanon rose by $59,000 while total sales increased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were 45 homes sold, with a median sale price of $245,000 - a 31.7% increase over the $186,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in Lebanon in January 2020.
