January 2021: Springboro experienced a 8.7% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Springboro fell by $24,000 while total sales decreased by 10.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $251,500 - a 8.7% decrease over the $275,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Springboro in January 2020.
