January 2021: Home prices in South Lebanon increased

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in South Lebanon rose by $267,560 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $387,560 - a 223% increase over the $120,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in South Lebanon in January 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in South Lebanon for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,723, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for January 2021.
