Median home prices in Franklin rose to $153,526 in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Franklin rose by $26,526 while total sales increased by 6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 88 homes sold, with a median sale price of $153,526 - a 20.9% increase over the $127,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 83 homes sold in Franklin in the first quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Franklin for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,890, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2021.
