How did home prices perform in South Lebanon during the first quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in South Lebanon rose by $66,700 while total sales increased by 18.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $170,000 - a 64.6% increase over the $103,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in South Lebanon in the first quarter of 2020.
