Falling home prices in South Lebanon in May 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2021 in South Lebanon fell by $235,891 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $109,109 - a 68.4% decrease over the $345,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in South Lebanon in May 2020.
