May 2021: Lebanon experienced a 29.4% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2021 in Lebanon rose by $62,625 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2021, there were 60 homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,500 - a 29.4% increase over the $212,875 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in Lebanon in May 2020.

The median sales tax in Lebanon for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,293, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for May 2021.
