Deerfield Township median home prices rose by 13.4% in May 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2021 in Deerfield Township rose by $43,000 while total sales increased by 68%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2021, there were 42 homes sold, with a median sale price of $363,000 - a 13.4% increase over the $320,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Deerfield Township in May 2020.
