June 2021: Landen experienced a 3% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Landen rose by $7,500 while total sales decreased by 7.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $255,000 - a 3% increase over the $247,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Landen in June 2020.
