June 2021: Home prices in South Lebanon increased

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in South Lebanon rose by $257,500 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $375,500 - a 218.2% increase over the $118,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in South Lebanon in June 2020.

The median sales tax in South Lebanon for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,723, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for June 2021.
