Median home prices in Loveland Park (Warren County) fell to $125,000 in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Loveland Park in Warren County fell by $128,250 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,000 - a 50.6% decrease over the $253,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Loveland Park in the second quarter of 2020.
