Hunter home prices rose in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Hunter rose by $41,000 while total sales increased by 166.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $201,500 - a 25.5% increase over the $160,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Hunter in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Hunter for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,996, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
