How did home prices perform in Hunter during the first half of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Hunter rose by $41,950 while total sales increased by 84.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $199,950 - a 26.6% increase over the $158,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Hunter in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Hunter for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,996, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
