Pricing for the median home in Maineville increased during the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Maineville rose by $53,300 while total sales increased by 400%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $230,000 - a 30.2% increase over the $176,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Maineville in the first half of 2020.
