Falling home prices in Springboro in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Springboro fell by $12,500 while total sales increased by 15.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 179 homes sold, with a median sale price of $270,000 - a 4.4% decrease over the $282,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 155 homes sold in Springboro in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Springboro for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,148, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
