On July 7, Brown Comercial Properties LLC purchased a property at 260 Hiawatha Trail, Springboro from HSB Ltd. and Richard A. Authorized Member Brown for $455,000.

So far in July 2021, 15 properties sold in Springboro.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Daniel William Twietmeyer, 57, was the only registered voter residing at 260 Hiawatha Trail as of Oct. 10, 2020.
