Home prices increased in Morrow during July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Morrow rose by $25,400 while total sales decreased by 3.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $268,400 - a 10.5% increase over the $243,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Morrow in July 2020.
