Rising home prices in Lebanon in July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Lebanon rose by $84,500 while total sales decreased by 30.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 51 homes sold, with a median sale price of $296,000 - a 40% increase over the $211,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 73 homes sold in Lebanon in July 2020.

The median sales tax in Lebanon for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,293, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for July 2021.
