July 2021: Home prices in Five Points increased

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Five Points rose by $26,000 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $425,000 - a 6.5% increase over the $399,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Five Points in July 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Five Points for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $4,231, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for July 2021.
