The three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom property at 8715 New Burlington Road, Waynesville was sold on Aug. 11 by Jonothan A. and Eva M. Scheetz for $625,000. The buyers were Alisha Diane and Chad Eugene Smith.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $4,378.78, 0.7% of the sale price of the home.

So far in August 2021, seven properties sold in Waynesville.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Eva Marie Scheetz has been registered to vote since 1988.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 8715 New Burlington Road as of Oct. 10, 2020: Emma Maxine Scheetz, 23, Jonathan Allen Scheetz, 66, and Eva Marie Scheetz, 62.
