August 2021: Home prices in Five Points increased

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in Five Points rose by $29,300 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $368,800 - a 8.6% increase over the $339,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Five Points in August 2020.

The median sales tax in Five Points for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $4,231, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for August 2021.
