Pricing for the median home in Lebanon decreased during September 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Lebanon fell by $24,250 while total sales increased by 5.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were 55 homes sold, with a median sale price of $242,000 - a 9.1% decrease over the $266,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 52 homes sold in Lebanon in September 2020.

The median sales tax in Lebanon for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,293, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for September 2021.
