Home prices increased in Landen during September 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Landen rose by $25,000 while total sales increased by 31.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $280,000 - a 9.8% increase over the $255,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Landen in September 2020.
