Rising home prices in South Lebanon in September 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in South Lebanon rose by $27,100 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $309,500 - a 9.6% increase over the $282,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in South Lebanon in September 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in South Lebanon for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,723, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for September 2021.
