September 2021: Home prices in Five Points increased

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Five Points rose by $104,500 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $465,000 - a 29% increase over the $360,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Five Points in September 2020.

The median sales tax in Five Points for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $4,231, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for September 2021.
