South Lebanon median home prices fell by 14.5% in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in South Lebanon fell by $30,500 while total sales decreased by 4.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $179,500 - a 14.5% decrease over the $210,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in South Lebanon in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in South Lebanon for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,723, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
