How did home prices perform in Hunter during the third quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Hunter rose by $15,000 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $190,000 - a 8.6% increase over the $175,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Hunter in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Hunter for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,996, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
