What happened to the median home price in Landen during the third quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Landen fell by $2,710 while total sales increased by 16.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 86 homes sold, with a median sale price of $260,000 - a 1% decrease over the $262,710 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 74 homes sold in Landen in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Landen for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,782, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
