The third quarter of 2021: Lebanon experienced a 7.9% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Lebanon rose by $19,250 while total sales decreased by 14.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 164 homes sold, with a median sale price of $262,250 - a 7.9% increase over the $243,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 192 homes sold in Lebanon in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Lebanon for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,293, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
