Rising home prices in Morrow in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Morrow rose by $44,750 while total sales increased by 12.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 83 homes sold, with a median sale price of $288,000 - a 18.4% increase over the $243,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 74 homes sold in Morrow in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Morrow for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,609, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
